Warranty Policies

1. The warranty period is ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

2. The product is under warranty coverage with its all parts and components.

3. This Warranty Certificate should be presented for warranty claims within the warranty period.

4. Purchase invoice will be required to be presented together with the Warranty Certificate.

5. Only customer identified on the invoice or Warranty Certificate can claim rights or compensation.

6. In case of manufacturing defect on the product, the consumer may exercise any of the following: –

a. Settle with an additional mutually agreed discount on the sales price.

b. Claim for the replacement of non-defective equivalent product up to 7 days of purchase.

c. Claim for free repair & free parts up to 15 days of Purchase. d. Claim for free repair, but parts to be charged up to 1 year of purchase.

7. The warranty coverage of damage of breakdowns will be invalid under the following conditions: –

a. Alterations made to the details of the Warranty Certificate.

b. If determined that the device was disassembled by persons other than Karaca team.

c. Product used out of its intended use or abnormal conditions.

d. Noncompliance with the instructions given in the user’s manual.

e. Wrong handling or mishandling of the products.

f. Damages caused by fire, stroke of lightening, or any natural disasters.

g. Improper loading, unloading during self-transportation by the customers.

h. Improper electricity wiring or voltage values are different from the specification on the product identification plate.

8. Repair Conditions

a. No repair without proof of purchase.

b. Any product requires maximum of 30 days to repair.

c. Karaca won’t be responsible for unclaimed repaired products for over one year

d. Karaca is not responsible for any undetected damage during product handover and later discovered by service centre (Bends, Dents, Scratches, etc.)
